Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the Glowvia website (glowviashop.fr). Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.

1. Seller Identification

2. Products

The products offered are those present in the online catalog. Glowvia reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time. Each product is presented with a detailed description and its price in euros, including all taxes.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (TTC). Glowvia reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price displayed on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable.

4. Order

The order is validated upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email is automatically sent to you. Glowvia reserves the right to cancel any order for legitimate reasons (out of stock, erroneous data, etc.).

5. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or PayPal, via the secure Shopify Payments platform. Banking data is encrypted and not stored by Glowvia.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination (see Delivery page). In case of delay, Glowvia cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. Glowvia offers an extended commercial policy of 30 days. To exercise this right, contact us at support@glowviashop.fr.

8. Warranties

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 to L217-12 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1648 of the Civil Code).

9. Personal Data

The data collected during the order is necessary for its processing. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, modify, and delete your data by contacting support@glowviashop.fr.

10. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts will have sole jurisdiction. You can also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
